Sanjay graduated from University of Toronto with a BSc. Honours in 1996. He went on the study at the University of Toronto Dental School and graduated in 2001. Dr. Uppal has many professional appointments including serving as President for the Ontario Academy of General Dentistry (AGD.) He also has a committee position on the Council of Public Information in Chicago, Illinois. He is involved with the Ontario Dental Association previously serving on the Dentistry Canada Fund/Ontario Dental Association Standing Committee. In the local component society of the ODA he is a President of the Waterloo Wellington Dental Society. Dr. Uppal has hospital privileges as Active Dental Staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. He has lived in Cambridge for the last six years with his wife and three children.
