  Every person I met in the office (Dr. Uppal, Dr. Dhaliwal, and Dr. Mcintosh) were courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right during my tooth implant. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Dr. Mcintosh and Dr  Uppal are so thorough and informative, and let you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well.   I have seen many dentists throughout my life and have never felt so at EASE during an appointment. The staff is ALWAYS professional, kind and helpful.  I have seen different dentists at Townline Dentistry and they all take the time to make you feel comfortable. I am never disappointed when I leave, as I feel the dentist ALWAYS puts my needs and concerns first. Easily 6 ⭐️ if I consider cost efficiency and overall quality of professionalism.   I had a silver crown since 1999, and it was breaking apart. Dr. Rashid, Yoe, Helly and the front desk team are the dream team. They adjusted their schedules to get me in for 3 appointments during the holiday/end of year season.  They made me a beautiful - colour matching - temporary crown and a perfect final crown for my tooth. My new crown fits amazing, and looks just like all my other teeth.
